MYLO Low-Profile Autonomous Mobile Robot

Engineered to tunnel under load handling frames, AutoGuide’s low-profile autonomous mobile robots glide smoothly under a cart and automatically hitch via a programmable pin assembly. They then autonomously transport the load and unhitch before moving on to the next target. These compact mobile robots use magnetic tape guidance to transport loads up to 4,400 pounds.

Overview

AutoGuide’s low profile vehicles feature a modular design built from standard components and incorporate customized features that meet your unique production and handling needs. Low-profile autonomous mobile robots move load handling frames customized with scissor lift tables, turntables, tilt tables and roller conveyor that enhance ergonomics and increase productivity. They’ve been proven in hundreds of installations throughout North America, and reach speeds up to 200 feet per minute or 2.3 miles per hour, depending on the weight of the payload.

Productive

AutoGuide’s low-profile autonomous mobile robots come standard with opportunity charging, which allows your operation to run 24/7 without downtime. With opportunity charging, vehicle batteries quickly charge on the floor during routine stops for tasks such as loading and unloading. They also feature a graphical user interface with on-board event logs, troubleshooting guide and task management capability.

Low Maintenance

Equipped with standard components that are always in stock, AutoGuide’s low-profile autonomous mobile robots are outfitted with a variety of easy-to-maintain features, including individual circuit breakers for the drive motors, retractable cart engagement pin and RFID encoder.

Flexible

Have a production change or need to move a new product? There’s no need to change the vehicles, just the load handling frames. And when paired with an innovative, patent-pending wireless tablet, our low-profile autonomous mobile robots can be quickly and easily programmed remotely to follow a new path or stop at more—or fewer—destinations.

Innovative

Radio frequency identification (RFID) tags are used to direct mobile robots to perform functions such as stop, go, slow and slow down. These tags can be programmed directly from the vehicles for quick installation and simple modification.
